Yes, we allow decor. Nothing is allowed to be hung on the walls. Candles must be in a covered/closed vessel. There are sound limitations on the terrace.

We include: (115) 60″ round tables, (225) 6′ conference tables, (52) 6′ tables, (15) 4′ tables and (20) cocktail height tables with a cherry wood top, (918) padded chairs, (60) bar-stools. Inventory availability is subject additional events in the building. No furniture is allowed outside.

Yes, we require a qualified Event Coordinator be present during the event. For weddings we require the client hire a qualified, licensed wedding planner. The planner may not be someone who is attending the wedding as a guest or part of the wedding party. We are happy to provide a list of approved wedding planners/coordinators for you.
We will do our best to accommodate rehearsal times. We will confirm a rehearsal time as we get closer to your date. Your event manager will assist you with these arrangements.
You will be assigned an event manager who oversees event space set up. If you would like to have a wedding planner or day of coordinator to oversee event details, please ask us for local recommendations.
Yes, for weddings in our Grand Ballroom we provide a complimentary salon for use during your event (based on availability).
We have an onsite parking at the city’s Gaillard Center garage with 600 parking spaces. We are able to offer all events discounted parking fees.
