- Ushers must submit ticket requests prior to six (6) business days before the performance.
- Confirmation emails will be sent five (5) business days before the performance, notifying ushers if their request has been approved or denied.
- Seat assignments will be available two (2) hours prior to the performance, and tickets may be picked up at Will Call at that time.
- A full Punch Card (10 punches) entitles you to two (2) tickets; a half-full Punch Card (5 punches) can be redeemed for a single ticket, upon request.
