Ticket Purchase Policies and Venue Guidelines

As a valued patron of the Charleston Gaillard Center please review and agree to the following before finalizing your purchase.

Ticket Purchase Policies

All ticket sales are final – no refunds, changes, or retroactive discounts for any reason, including inclement weather or missing your performance date.

Ticket sales are through our official Ticket Office only. All other sales are prohibited. If a ticket is resold at a price higher than face value, it may be seized and canceled without a refund. Accounts found to be in volition of these terms may be denied future ticket purchase privileges at the Gaillard Center.

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

All ticket purchases require a valid email address and phone number. By purchasing a ticket, the Gaillard Center reserves the right to email and/or text you any necessary information regarding attendance and parking alerts, amongst other important communications.

If a performance is canceled or rescheduled, you may choose to accept the new performance date, obtain a refund, donate the tickets back to the Gaillard Center, or keep the funds as a credit on your Gaillard Center account for future use. Any expenses incurred for transportation, lodging, meals, etc., will be the sole responsibility of the patron.

All patrons must have their own ticket, regardless of age.

Guests who engage in disorderly conduct or any other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests may be asked to leave the venue. Patrons who are asked to leave may not receive a refund or be compensated in any way for their loss.

The performance you attend may be broadcast or recorded one or more times, and any such broadcast or recording may include images of the audience or individuals in the audience. Attendance at the event shall be deemed consent to appear on such broadcasts or recordings.
