Patron Safety Is Our First Priority

Below you will find the policies and procedures the Charleston Gaillard Center implemented during the 2020-2021 Season. We are so grateful for the patrons who attended our socially distanced performances and continued to support the arts in Charleston!
As these policies reflect the past season, it is possible that some of these will change during the 2021-2022 season. However, rest assured that the number one priority of the Gaillard Center remains the safety and security of our patrons.
We will continue to monitor guidelines for the latest public health innovations so that we are continually updating these procedures while providing the best patron experience for your visit.
This commitment ensures the hygiene and sanitation practices of the Gaillard Center will continue to deliver on our rigorous standards, plus expand to meet or exceed new regulatory requirements and cleanliness protocols.

Accessibility Help Desk

All socially distanced performances feature an Accessibility Help Desk to prevent congregation at the Ticket Office. The Accessibility Help Desk is located in Café 95 and provides wheelchairs, Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs), and sensory bags. Together, our efforts will slow the spread of the virus and create a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Thank you for your support.

PLEASE NOTE: These protocols currently in place are subject to change in compliance with revisions to national and local guidelines regarding COVID-19. While we will provide the most up-to-date public health procedures to improve patron safety, they are not an absolute protection against contracting COVID-19. Patrons assume their own risk by entering the facility.
