Gaillard Management Corporation CEO Evaluation, FY 23

Evaluating the CEO is one of the most fundamental responsibilities of the entire Board.   This year’s evaluation will be based on the four focus areas that are the foundation for the annual operating plan and budget—People, Programming, Perception, and Philanthropy.  The set of performance criteria that you will be addressing have been agreed to by the Board Chair and the CEO, as outlined in the CEO’s Employment Agreement.  As you assess the CEO’s performance against each of the criteria, please amplify your numerical scores with comments that may be helpful in the organization’s quest for continuous improvement.
