About the Show
Join Cary Elwes (Westley) for a behind-the-scenes look at life on and off the set of the classic film, “The Princess Bride.”
After a screening of the iconic movie, Elwes will engage in a moderated discussion revealing never-before-shared secrets and tales of inconceivable antics!
Journey back to the lands of Florin and Guilder in an adventure filled with fencing, fighting, torture, revenge, giants, monsters, chases, escapes, miracles, and of course, true love.
Elwes has been in a multitude of films and tv shows including “Seinfeld,” “Robin Hood: Men in Tights,” “Bram Stoker’s Dracula,” “Saw,” “Days of Thunder,” “Twister,” “Liar, Liar,” “Stranger Things,” and “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.” He recently starred in Guy Ritchie’s “Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre” and “Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning.”
Now, Elwes is hitting the road to share personal stories and behind-the-scenes insights from the making of this cinematic classic.

Sydney Stowe has been showing movies for over two decades. As director of Dartmouth College’s public film program, her office presented over 300 movies annually to students and the community. Over the years, they have also brought film luminaries such as Meryl Streep, Barry Jenkins, Laura Linney and Sean Penn to campus for Tributes. In her spare time, she handled talent for the Traverse City Film Festival and travels to the Rockies each Labor Day to toil happily for the Telluride Film Festival. Sydney recently joined Spoleto as the Donor Engagement Manager.

A limited number of VIP packages are available and include the best seats in the house, a Meet and Greet with Cary Elwes, and a signed copy of Cary Elwes best-selling book, As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride.
The pre-show Meet and Greet will take place at 4pm sharp. Patrons must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated so don’t be late!
