About the Show
Join us for a live appearance by Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson as she shares stories from her memoir, LOVELY ONE. As the first Black woman to serve on the Supreme Court, Justice Jackson offers a moving, candid reflection on her life—from her family’s rise out of segregation to her historic confirmation. Through personal stories of perseverance, ambition, and hope, she explores the values and experiences that shaped her journey.
This event is part of the Gaillard Center’s commitment to fostering essential dialogue and sparking the most relevant conversations in our community. Inspiring and deeply resonant, LOVELY ONE is a testament to the power of dreaming big—don’t miss this opportunity to hear from one of the most influential voices of our time.
