Information regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
As patron safety remains our first priority, we have implemented numerous measures to allow guests to safely gather within the Martha and John M. Rivers Performance Hall.
Please visit our Patron Safety page for information, additional guidelines, and procedures for sanitation and cleaning as well as building modifications, new equipment, and changes in how we’ll host our events.
We encourage patrons to assist in preventing the spread of any illness by thoroughly and carefully washing your hands regularly, staying home if you have a fever, cough, or other serious symptoms, and monitoring local news for advice about keeping yourself and loved ones safe in case of an outbreak.

New dates for BEAUTIFUL – The Carole King Musical will be announced at a later date.

Stephen A. Bedard, President and CEO of the Charleston Gaillard Center, stated, “We have been fortunate to present socially-distanced concerts with small capacities this fall, but we know that is not possible for many large, national tours. We look forward to bringing these incredible productions to Charleston later in 2021 and 2022.”
While the Gaillard Center is disappointed to postpone these in-person events, we have been diligently working with the shows to present virtual content to patrons. Content may range from moderated discussions with cast members and tour producers to behind-the-scenes content. Visit gaillardcenter.org for additional program information for these virtual events.
The following shows will have virtual content available for purchase:
